Job Description

• Supporting native English-speaking teachers with curriculum delivery and teaching equipment

• Assisting with classroom management

• Supporting students during lessons when required

• Submitting weekly reports on teachers’ professional conduct and teaching performance

• Assisting the company in extracurricular activities

• Informing the company of any updates or information received from partner schools

General Requirements

• College or university students majoring in English

• Fluent communication skills; American English accent preferred

• Passion for teaching and education

• Professional attitude; punctual, proactive, and eager to learn

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Preference given to candidates who have their own means of transportation and are currently residing in Ho Chi Minh City

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Salary:
VND 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 per month + commission

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new school partnerships and manage existing client relationships.

• Engage with school leaders to promote programmes and secure cooperation agreements.

• Negotiate pricing, incentives, teaching hours and class arrangements.

• Prepare, submit, track and follow up on contracts.

• Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoices and monthly teaching hours.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, principals and English teachers.

• Ensure contract renewals for subsequent academic years.

• Represent the company through partner engagement activities during holidays and special occasions.

• Work closely with Marketing and Events teams to promote company programmes.

• Act as the key liaison for extracurricular activities and sponsorship initiatives.

• Achieve assigned sales and growth targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• College or University degree in Business Administration or English Language.

• Good spoken English – TOEIC 550 or equivalent.

• Strong interest in English education and training.

• Previous sales experience in the education sector is an advantage.

• Own means of transportation.

• Proactive, results-driven and able to work under pressure.

1. Job Overview

An educational consultant must be a professional with ample knowledge in the field of education. You use your experience in teaching to help parents with curriculum development and other higher education problems. The consultant’s responsibilities also include providing and identifying the needs students have and monitoring every detail needed by students to choose a career path.

Generally, education consultants also answer various career questions students have regarding their career. You also develop instructional materials, incorporate current technology, develop the curriculum and coordinate educational content.

2. Responsibilities and Duties

– Sales management

– Make counsel plan and sale target.

– The process involves counseling the students for overseas education; following with the student, solving the student queries and handling registrations.

– Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.

– Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc..

– Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies.

– Coordinating with students & universities abroad.

– Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students..

– Train & hire new candidates.

– Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.

– Attending the university training & workshops.

3. Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or College with the minimum of 2 years work experience as a study abroad consultants.

– Having experience as a study abroad consultants for high schools in United Kingdom, New Zealand or USA will be an advantage.

– Graduating from USA, UK will be an advantage

– Service-minded, good personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
High responsibility, positive attitude, good problem solving skills and hard working.

– Good command of spoken and written English

4. Benefit

Working time: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Mon – Fri); 8:00AM -12:00PM (Sat)
